Insurance Options
We offer several payment options at IMCSB. We accept many insurance plans at our Lompoc and Santa Barbara offices. We take a variety of PPO plans. We do not take HMO plans, though we do offer other helpful payment options.

Preferred Patient Plan
For those that do not have insurance, or have a high deductible and are considering another option, we offer the Preferred Patient Plan.
The Plan offers one yearly fee of $490.00 per year that can be applied at both of our Santa Barbara and Lompoc offices.
This plan may also be used in conjunction with already existing insurance plans, and offers discounts on appointments, and treatments, and the after hour cell number to contact the doctor.
